I know that the copies I recieved from our dr and the ones the lawyer got are the same but I never thought to ask for the records before a lawyer got involved. I know that the documents were nothing like what I was told, the treatment was not even the same. They said that my daughter had wonderful movement and that there was no reason to cont. seeing her. Well she is eight and still does not have wonderful movement even after two surgerys. I think it stinks that they can lie and get away with it.

It's so wrong. What can we do about it though? These drs victimize our children by injuring them and then victimize them again by lying and covering it up so they don't have to do what's right. All I can say is..I hope they have trouble sleeping and looking themselves in the mirror.
