Hello all,
I just recieved an e-mail from a doctor that I sent some info on my tbpi to.They requested that I video the extents of my injury so that they can determine if I qualify for treatment?
Has anyone else had to do this? Are medical records not enuff to determine extent of injury?
I don't have any problems with this ? Just seemed odd? Figured I' share.
Thanks all!!!

Re: Video of your injury ?
Catchatrain,
I am not TBPI but I just thought I would shar ewith you why doctors request a video.
They request a video so that you do not have to make a trip to be evaluated in person right away. They can then determine if they think they can help you personally and if they think they might be able to help they will set you up an appointment.
They do this a lot with the little children and even some adult because many of the specialists are located very far away and sending a video is much cheaper than transportation.
I hope that helps,
