Ouchie!!

Post by admin »

I just don't understand. I have never had any problems with pain up until now. I am 99.99% sure that there is a nerve being pressed on or pinched. It started out as just a dull pain, but it has gradually gotten worse. I can't wait to see the Neurologist on the 17th. I just hope I make it till then, ya know! I went to the ER last night because I hurt so badly I couldn't sleep. The doctor didn't really know what to do. SO he sent an urgent note to my regular clinic doc so I will go in tomorrow morning.
For those of you with similar pain, what on earth do you do for it????

Katy, I would try to get in to see and OT/PT that can do massage and ultrasound. That makes a world of difference for me. I really hope that your pain is relieved very soon.

I have perscriptions for motrin, and for tylonol with codene. My doctor told me that I know how much pain I am in, and can choose which to take. He just gave me limits on the amount per dose, and daily. If they don't work I am suppose to go into the hospital.
