UBPN would like to direct your attention to our newly posted Medical Resource Listing. It can be reached from the home page of this website.
Description:
This directory has been compiled through the efforts of UBPN's In Touch Program, coordinated by Kathleen Kennedy and members of her team (Nancy Birk, Mara Liska, Sharon Gavagan, and Bridget McGinn).
Goal:
The goal of this project is to provide a comprehensive resource listing to aid families and individuals in their search for specialized care. UBPN invisions that in the ongoing compilation of this directory that it will be broadening the scope to include licensed holistic practitioners and therapists.UBPN believes in supporting families in their search for full and accurate information and resources to assist them in making completely informed medical decisions.
Methodology:
A questionnaire was sent to all known BPI specialists/clinics who were requested to respond. Their responses follow. Responses are still being submitted and changes will be made as they are received. Many of the doctors also included bibliographical references to their published research. A second phase of this directory will be to provide a bibliography of those citations.
To suggest someone not on this list, please inform Kathleen (kathleen@ubpn.org) so that she may send them the questionnaire.
Thank You,
UBPN Board of Directors

Re: New Medical Resource Listing on Site
Small technical glitch...to access the newly updated homepage please reenter "ubpn.org" to reach the updated page. Linking from the "home" link above will take you back to the old page for some reason. I have asked Ryan to fix this. Sorry!

Re: New Medical Resource Listing on Site
I checked it all out....
Very good information and a good start for resource information...
Can't wait till we have PT / OT posted in this area too..
When I go back to PT I will ask my PT if he would like to be a part of this. While I am his first obpi he was more then interested in how to treat me ... and what was best for me... he is in New Jersey
He does not treat children just adults....
