I think going to a picnic will really help, it did me. I could not sleep and sat up all alone everynight. We moved across the country and I did not know a soul. I had so many friends back in Ohio and it really helped to go out with them and laugh and forget the stuff at home. Here I did not have any of that. Then I went to a picnic. There I met someone I can now call a friend. It has helped me so much. It is nice to talk to someone who knows how you feel. You can find someone you can connect with and it will help. I want to go back to Ohio for the picnic there as well as the one here in San Diego. Maybe I will meet you there! Hang in there. If life were easy we would all be borred with it in no time.
