Hi everyone!!!! I am feeling much better! Hopefully this will help you. I had my primary surgery exactly 3 weeks ago and man was I in a deep depression. Until I stood up Arms at my side, totally relaxed, with my good hand I lifted my bad hand to a 90 degree across my belly. Still totally relaxed, including shoulders, I began flexin my bicep. I could tell immediately that it was inervated. It contracted when I flexed, relaxed when I relaxed. Here it is three days since I started doing this and now there is slight movement. Yes this does make very happy to say the least...Good Kuck
