article on kinesio taping

Post by njbirk »

Check out this article in usa today:

http://www.usatoday.com/sports/2005-11- ... ping_x.htm

Our next issue of Outreach (which is being prepared for printing now) will have another article on Kinesio taping by Trish Martin, OT, that follows up the previous article in the last issue. That first article focused on infants. This next one will focus on the growing child.

An alternative to Kinesiotaping, for those who cannot have tape on their skin, is Theratogs. www.theratogs.com

You put on a very thin garment and instead of tape, they use straps that just attach to the thin garment.
