Hey all... I am in the process of trying to get back into a work out regiment..... WOW am I LAZY when it comes to working out! I uset he arm as an excuse! Sad huh!? Anyways.... I went for a walk/jog today (walk a block, jog a block) and got a brilliant idea.... I wore a scarf, like a winter one, just across the back of my neck. I could hang on to it with my bpi arm while jogging! It was GREAT and also gave my brain the illusion of symetry! My shoulder swings normally when I walk but when I jog my right arm just hangs and flops and honestly, IT SUCKS! So hopefully I can do this at least 3 times a week, for now!

Re: new idea......
i usually hook my fingers into my shirt. i always wear sleeveless muscle tees when I work out. It sorta looks like i'm sticking my hand into my armpit, but i don't care. it gets the job done.
good for you! you'll find it addictive, i go to the gym 4 days a week now.
