Find yourself an attorney he will help you find the doctor that you had. They will handle it from there.

Great job on becoming a paralegal but what does that have to do with finding this doctor? I dont understand and maybe you can explain a bit better but that is all the help I can give ya.

our doctor (ob)= out of state moved after injury,also kozin out of state= i am looking for advise on the process of dealing with lawyers out state,& doctors(ob) moving. has this happened to anyone?
maybe this explains my situation.

from what I understand the lawyer is able to get depositions, subpeonas and testimony from anywhere. Even if they can only practice law in a few states. have you hired a lawyer yet? he or she will better be able to answer your questions. We are all just parents finding out as we go along.
