Well - I'm very annoyed! Our VOLUNTEERS work hard so that we can all share our experiences. Do those that keep bumping up for no reason ever volunteer anywhere, do they know the hours you put in to make things nice for everyone else?? If those that keep messing with the board ever did volunteer work they might understand the hours you put in and how hard you work. I just keep thinking "How immature" and what kind of a role model are you being for your kids. It's like being in grade school or something - GROW UP - you are PARENTS now!!! We are adults here that are trying to help eachother and for some reason there are some very immature people out there (who are parents which is scary) thinking that they are very cute by messing with this board of good people. I personally would not want my kids to know or think that I was so immature as to mess up a "SUPPORT GROUP". What's with that??? What's the purpose? It's a support group!! If you don't like something then don't come here! Live your life, do your own thing, and if you disagree that is fine but do it respectfully because we are all facing the same problems and questions. Be a role model to your kids - not a loser, and teach them respect not disrespect,

Tina,
I am a mother with a bpi child just like you who used to post as guest and am now saving the moderators some time in approving my guest posts. You didn't like when I posted as guest and repeatedly asked me to login, so now that I am logging in, you don't like it either. I'm still entitled to my opinions just like you are. My intention is not to insult anyone but I have valid questions. Maybe it's my perspective, but you seem to be taking this personally. Let's all relax.

When you post, the reply goes to the top of the message board so it's called 'bumping' it up. Some that are bumped have very valuable info from people with good intentions who are trying to share important info that was already discussed, but others that are 'bumped' seem to just be bumped for no reason and serve no purpose right now and take the time of the volunteers that work so hard. Sometimes people end up replying to posts from months to a year ago and so you have parents, sharing their experiences, trying to help, and then realize the date of the original post - when all that they want to do is help! (But a year later the poster is probably OK by now) Sometimes bumping up a post is good but if it is just doing it to annoy all of us it is aggravating. Not sure why someone would get their kicks out of hurting the people that are all going thru the same thing together.....

because sometimes kids do silly things

when we were growing up we did prank phone calls and such

now that we're in the internet age, the mischief has converted to the computer
