What is bcaa?

Have any motorcycle - accident victims out there experienced tinnitus (ringing in the ears) ? I have it and I would love to know whether it is temporary or just another lovely gift from the person who caused my accident.

Has anyone heard of a physical therapy called wall walking?
I think you try to crawl your hand up the wall with your fingers like a spider, but what is the goal or therapeutic result?

I put my foot on my bed, place my hand with the deodorant on my knee, then i can reach each armpit. This position also helps me button shirts.
