Thank-you for your information. I've got all nerves avulsed except T5. I have no movement and no feeling from the shoulder down. Techniques for hand

It's been 4 months since I lost the use of my whole arm but, my hand hasn't curled up. I manipulate them constantly.

I found if you set them on one ear first then stretch over the head, it seems to work. Similar to that guy on the commercial selling that contraption that held your cellphone to your head leaving both hands free.
