lateral raises helped the most and takeing a bunjicord thing and doing a slow controled punching movement foward motion always seemed to help.

is there a nerve recovering window for a surgical nerve transplant? i heard you have two years to get as much connection from nerve to mussle before your nerve stops healing and what you got is all you have. and i was wondering is a full recovery possible if your injery needed surgery?
