My 3 year anniversary is on Wednesday. I have since had one grandson and a grandaughter on the way. Life is good but I still have no job and no income so this is worrying me. On a good note I have adapted and keep working in my garden which is my favorite place to be.

I'm considering getting the Dragon Naturally Speaking software. Is it worth it? I'm returning to school in the fall and thought that might be a good option. What do you think?

I agree keep your ROM good and exercise it. I am not able to lift weights but found that exercise bands have helped a lot. My rear deltoid never came back but by exercising my other muscles my arm almost sits back up in its socket. Just don't give up.

I am currently taking Lyrica and Codeine Contin for pain. The combination seems to work well for me. I am also in Canada around the London, Ontario area. If you ever need to talk just send me a message.

I was told they need to wait a year to 18 months to be sure the nerves aren't going to heal on ther own. I'm almost 2 years post nerve transfer surgery and they're just considering it now. When did you have the nerve transfer surgery? I see from your profile your accident was only in September. My accident was in June 2008 and nerve transfer in November 2008.
