I want to say don't give up. It's a long road but worth it. I have learned so much about myself and have never been so motivated to do thing in my life. I had my accident in March of 2006, 1st surgery in July 2006, 2nd in Aug 2006, and 3rd in Jan of 2010. I got some things back fast other things too...

I haven't looked into breast reduction but was wondering if anyone had the problem of the breast of there affected arm being a lot smaller than the other. I had nerve transfers that were "tapped" into my pec muscle and now I have the ever shrinking boob. I'm eithere going to need a reducti...

Have they done an EMG (is a technique for evaluating and recording the electrical activity produced by skeletal muscles.), MRI or MRA? These are the most common diagnostic imagings that can be done. I have more information if you would like it. This should get you started.

I had surgery by Dr Elhassan in Jan. He did a free muscle transfer and tendon transfer. I am 12 weeks out (4 weeks out of a brace) and can do things that i never imagined I could. I was told by the last doctor that I should be happy with what I have and to face reality that I would never be able to ...

I was in a motorcycle accident March 31 2006, I just had surgery #3 in Jan 2010. I'm on the road to recovery once again and loving every minute of it.

I just had surgery at the Mayo Clinic on Jan 12th. I will be there in March to get my brace off and find out if my Muscle/Tendon transfer took. I wish you luck. Have you had any other surgeries? I just found this site, do you know of any other forums or support groups? Who is doing your surgery?
