I did not know there was help out there. I just suffered through it. I sometimes drink wine or take a sominex (OTC sleeping pill) until it’s over. I am going to speak with my doctor about PT.

I dont get it much (Only when I overuse the arm or when I am coming down with a cold it appears)but when it happens it drives me crazy. It only last 1 or two days and today thank God its gone. Thanks for the info
