Re: Has anyone won a Brachial Plexus Injury case?

Re: Expert Witnesses
<t>This is an important step in your case. We had some great expert witnesses. Ours came from New York, New Jersey and Washington DC. You usually cannot get experts from around your doctors area to testify against a doctor...we won our case due a lot to our witnesses. They are usually expensive also...

Re: Lawyer letter question....
<t>Our jury selection started on a Monday and then the trial took a week and a couple of days. I thought about working at home after each day of trial, but it was such a emotionally draining trial that I felt I could just spend time with our daughter. I wasn't in the mood to answer emails (work or p...

Re: $2.25 million!
That is great news!!! How can this be the largest if my daughter was awarded 3.5 million from the jury...anyways, that is just another positive step for our BPI children!

Re: Weight Bearing
<t>Yes, we have tried twister...she is very clever though with using those derned stomach muscles. I think I will have to try the wheel barrow walk up the steps or on the floor. Her therapist says she needs to do more weight bearing because she feels her arm is getting a little weak...thanks for the...
