I feel the same way about "sticking out in a crowd". So I wear this shoulder brace under my shirt. Its totally hidden unless the shirt I am wearing has really short sleeves.

Re: question to people who has this injury for more than 15 years.....
I highly recommend the brace mentioned by heiddi above. There are a bunch of different sizes so make sure to get the right one for your arm. I find that it releives the pain some especially when I'm going to be upright without any support for a long time.

Re: Great Workout's Lately?
<r>Hey All,<br/> <br/> I had to change a bunch of things on my bike too. I am able to grab the handle bars with both hands and break with both hands but unable to generate enough power to shift a Shimano STI (105) lever. So I purchased a set of bar end shifters and moved the shifting all to one side...

Re: Dr. Nath???
Dr. Nath seems to specialize in OBPI and not as much as TBPI. I met with him when he had a clinic in Seattle a year ago. It was good to get another opinion but in the end I had someone else do my surgery.

Re: Muscle Transfer Info. needed!
<r>Hey Mike,<br/> <br/> I was a little slower then some people on this site. It took me about 10 months to start running again and about a year to get serious about it. Mostly that's because I didn't have the right sling. A normal one just doesn't work. Before I started running I did a lot of swimmi...
