Yes, there is 2 year limit for the parents, but the child can still file up to age 18. Our doctor covered her tracks quite nicely. Good Luck!

My son, Preston, has also had this procedure. The shoulder movement and flexibility has increased tremendously. As the previous author, let me know if I can answer and specific questions.
