Scheduled surgery with Dr Nath. But, hospital called today, they also Are charging us separate. I had no idea until today. I am told there are four entities charging, Dr., anesthesiologist, internal operable tech for emg, and the hospital. Anyone have any luck getting the other 3 entities besides Dr...

Rachel, Thank you for sharing your information. My daughter is scheduled to have the mod quad with Dr. Nath; she is 19 years old.
