Re: Does anyone have a love hate relationship with their P.T. or O.T.?

<t>My 5th therapist said I wasn't a candidate for therapy. He was right and one of the few honest practitioners I met. The other therapists had no clue and caused only more pain and inflammation. I learned it is what it is and adjusted to the limited use of the arms. Now, if it hurts I don't do it. ...

Re: Hello to all from a fellow TBPI person

Using the effected arm causes severe pain. 100s of follow up procedures and yet no one diagnosed the problem for the next 7 ye...

Re: Want to help with a research paper?

<r>I've been thru so many procedures the last 12 years I've forgotten many of them. Maybe you'll jar my memory and I can be of some assistance with your paper. I've been away from UBPN for a while but now see I won't be the first to be blunt. There is no cure for the traumatic or surgical injury! Pa...

Re: Sticking it to the pain

<t>I avoided the stimulator test and procedure. First I tried a portable tens unit and that aggravated the pain in my left shoulder and neck. If you want to use your arm more the leads will shift as these devices are used primarily for the spine and lower back. I was told there would be a chance to ...

disability attorneys?

<t>Can anyone recommend a disability lawyer in the Philadelphia area? I need one with trial experience to fight a large law firm in federal court. They are using the courts to find a loophole and invalidate a personal insurance policy. Take the premiums, make promises but never pay claims! Its one h...

Re: dr in phila area

I would get a 2nd opinion from the Mayo Clinic
Sorry to read about your injury.
There are few (if any) BP doctors here in the Phila. area!
I'm 10 years into my injury and have some local Dr info if you want to talk. Bob 215-643-6481
