Has anyone been diagnosed with a bilateral case of brachial plexus palsy but did not have a birth trauma?

The first doctor did not order any x-rays. The second set of doctors did look at x-rays of the entire arm and found her radial heads in the elbow were dislocated before birth. This was confirmed by three separate teams, including a genetist.

Has anyone been diagnosed with bilateral brachial plexus palsy and then discover they really have arthrogryposis?
