handicap parking

i have trouble when i do late night grocery shopping by myself and guiding a full shopping cart across a parking lot with 1 arm is kind of dangerous. i live in texas, usa. does anyone know if we qualify for handicapped parking with a bpi?

i did it until surgery and it helped with pain. i stopped after surgery but will start it up again, and highly recomend it.

i use just one pillow folded in half and put only my hand on it and rest my elbow on the bed. i had pain in my elbow at first but then it subsided. hope this helps.
