Great to hear that your little Thomas is doing better. Just take it one day at a time. Try not to get to frustrated. We did not see any real inprovements after Rebekah's primary surgery for 4-6 mo. So just pray alot and do the ROM's.

Re: One Attorney has rejected us what ....
<t>We are filing under our daughters name. We originally wanted to file under our names (the parents) but the lawyer who had our case did not file and had the case for almost 2 yrs and the statue of limitation ran out for us. I do not know the differents, this has not really been explained to us. So...

Re: One Attorney has rejected us what ....
<t>FYI:: the statue of limitation is more for if you file under one of the parents names. Most state are 2.5-3yrs. But if you file under the childs name it is either 18 or 21 depended on the state. So I think that there is time to wait and see what happens, but also I agree on seeing if someone else...

INJURY TO MOMS
<t>If it is so common for the moms to be injured during delivery; then why don't the lawyers handling the cases (for our children OBPI's) make it part of the questioning to ask the moms. I personlly was injuried more than I cared for. I now have a fair amount of discomfort in many ways. Until someon...
