Re: Halloween - What will they be?
<r>Trevor is going to be a firefighter (he's had alot of exposure to fire houses and firefighters lately because of some close friends of ours and is SO EXCITED to pretend to be a firefighter for the day) and Makenna will be Snow White. Re: HERRRRO!!
Hi Ryan, I wanted to clarify that my daughter is 2 and has a right obstetrical brachial plexus injury (robpi). Her injury is considered a "global" injury which means she has damage to all 5 of the nerves located within her brachial plexus. Ryan, when were you injured?

Jennifer, you are definitely in our prayers. Please lean on your friends and family and don't carry the burden alone. Best wishes.

<t>Marieke, congratulations on your progress! I have decided to change careers and pursue nursing too (though I won't be attending nursing school until Makenna (robpi) starts preschool in a few years, but I am planning on using my EMT cert to start working in the hospital in the Spring). Makenna's O...

Re: Matthew's palm was blue this morning
Cindy, was he wearing his splint last night when this happened? How scarey and strange. Did he complain about his hand to your mom in the morning too or was it just a change of appearance that made her notice the hand? Good luck and let us know what Dr. Kozin thinks too.

Re: Child eye exam-dilating bpi kid-am I paranoid?
<t>Our daughter's eye were dialated due to Horner's Syndrome (her opthalmologist wanted to check for damage). The eyes did not return to normal for somewhere between 5-7 days. The eye doctor said this was normal for her given her injury and expected it to take around a week to return to normal. By t...
