Does anyone have research papers and/or studies on c-section vs regular birth after having given birth to a bpi child?
I know there ARE risks- I am def. having a c-section this time around but wanted to read up on this.
thanks.

Re: Anticipating Shoulder Dislocation
Null #2,
what type of surgery did you have for your child's shoulder dislocation? and at what age? I am always worried about Kate's shoulder development.
thanks.

Re: what the kid CAN do
Claudia,
Thank you so much for sharing this with us, it gives me so much hope when I see the wonderful progress of all these kids.
As mom to Kate (15 month old rbpi), the future is always on our mind and we look forward to our light at the end of the tunnel!

Re: Mod Quad done.
<t>Hi Karen, my daughter had mod quad Feb. 9th at TCH. I have found it is easiest for me to take a warm washcloth and put it on her arm in the mornings - the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand when I take the splint off. Sometimes I give her a bath but the washcloth seems to work well. But if you think...

Re: Hotel Question...
<t>We just stayed at the Marriott a couple of weeks ago and Francine is correct. You just tell the driver where you want to go and they take you and pick you up. It is a really nice service to have when you are staying there. I don't know what the parameters are for how far the shuttle will take you...
