Does anyone regret having Mod Quad/tendon transfer surgery?
<t>I'm pretty new to forums in general and have only posted on this one a couple of times. The more I read the back postings the more I wonder if I am doing the right thing for my daughter.<br/> <br/> I really trust the medical team (Dr. Kadiyala at University of Iowa) and he is recommending tendon ...

Re: Frustrated
<t>I hear you. We had a reunion day at the University of Iowa in December for the current patients. Brie was 9 mos. old then. Re: What exactly is a modquad?

Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: What car seat is recommended after surgery?
The Alpha Omega looks so small across the shoulder area... What size was your baby post-surgery? Did the cast hang over the edge?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: What car seat is recommended after surgery?
<t>Thanks. Her surgery is scheduled for July 31 at the University of Iowa. Her doctor demonstrated that her arm would be up at a 90 degree angle (like signaling a turn on a bicycle). I assumed the carseat would have to have clearance for the entire width of the cast? I do know that I will have to ge...
