positive out of pregnancy

i'm expecting my first baby in 4 weeks and have recieved some great support from site. i just wanted to say that the pregnacy itself has been wonderful for my bp arm. its been warmer, better colour, fatter and less painful. i can recommend it (ask me if i think the same in 4 weeks!!)

tbpi - first baby on the way - help!

hi - i'm 37 and 5 years post tbpi following motorbike rta. have first baby due in august (getting on a bit i know!) and wondering if anyone has any advice on how to make life a little bit easier when looking after the bundle.

<t>hi there, first time om forum and finding it difficult to think that others having same pain problems as myself. i'm 5 years post tbpi following motorbike accident. to be honest i think i've tried most things for the pain ie drugs, nerve blocks, acupuncture, tens etc nothing really seemed to work...
