Does this sound right? This is the quote I got for a BMR NT2000-NMES machine. Is it that great of a machine? I have seen a TENS/NMES by EMS for $175.00. So, why such a big diff in price? Any luck getting insurance to pay some of it?
Thanks,
Kelli

Re: hands smells from splint
Try Shaving Cream. You have to let it set on the skin a while and it may take 2 treatments each bath time. Usually works great at cutting the stinch.

Tummy Tub (non BPI)
<t>Many many moons ago there was a post about a link where you could get this bath pail that keeps the baby in the fetal position when you bathe them. It is popular in the UK, but I cannot find on the internet a place in the US to get one. It is sometimes known as a Shantalla pail. Anybody have a co...

tendon transfer for finger extension
<t>Does anyone have any before and after pictures or videos of a child that has had the tendon transfers to be able to open their fingers up? Our daughter only has use of first two digits and I would like to see the results of this surgery. Is the movement fluid and natural looking that they get?<br...

Re: Centruty Next Step Car Seat
<t>Francine,<br/> I kind of worried about it a while too. I think that most accicdents occur when the seat belt is positioned incorrectly. That is why it is so dangerous to let older kids ride without booster seat bases to position the belt correctly, hence the 80 lb booster seat suggestion by safet...

Re: Toddler Car seats w/BPI
<t>Kristie,<br/> I am so gald you posted this info. I checked on my Cosco booster and it specifically says in red bold letters: "If your child weighs over 40 lbs you must remove the harness and use this seat as a belt positioning booster". I knew that height could be a concern when wearing straps, b...

Kinesiotape remover
Our therapist has a product called Detachol (pronounced "detach all") that we rub onto the tape before removing it. It truly works wonders. I think you can buy it on the internet for 12-14 dollars per 4 oz bottle. It is made by Ferndale Labs.
